  • The hotels operate on an inquiry–sale basis, and rooms will be allocated according to availability.
  • 10% VAT will be added to accommodation fees.
  • Check-in date: Thursday, June 25, 2026 (after 2:00 PM)
  • Check-out date: Saturday, June 27, 2026 (by 12:00 PM)
  • The accommodation package cannot be split. Concept is room and breakfast.
  • TCMB Effective Selling Rate will be used as the basis for the conference entry date.

  • The prices listed are for group transfers between Istanbul Airport and the Double Tree by Hilton Old City during the conference dates. For transfers on different dates or special transfer requests, please contact the organizing agency.
  • TCMB Euro selling rate on the date of the event will apply to transfer prices.
  • All transfer details must be submitted by June 12, 2026, at the latest.
  • For transfers submitted after this date, “50 Euro + VAT per person one way” will be added to the transfer fees.
