IMPORTANT DATES

• Budgets are arranged according to the period on the date of payment .
• The fees stated in the sponsorship program do not include taxes .
• D Event Tourism has the right to reflect the tax changes in the prices and reserves the right to change the prices in case the economic conditions significantly cover it.
• For payments made in Turkish Lira, the Central Bank of the Republic of Turkey Effective Sales rate on the day of the conference will be taken as basis.

 
CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

• No refunds will be granted for any cancellation after 27 March, 2026.
• Refunds for cancellations made before this date will be paid to the accounts notified via bank within 60 days from the start date of the organization
• All reservations for sponsorships that are not paid by the specified date will be cancelled.
• All sponsoring companies must complete their payments prior to the start of the event. In case of delayed payment, a 10% interest per month will be charged on the total invoice amount.
